사내 교육으로 커뮤니티 라이센스를 이용하여 교육을 완료 후에
각 교육을 이수한 부서 개인이 커뮤니티 라이센스를 이용하여 로컬에서만
UiPath studio를 활용하는 것도 가능 할까요?

이에 관련된 정책을 아신다면 자세하게 설명 부탁드립니다.

Welcome to the community

Community license is a freelicense gicen to try out the new features…if not used for commercial purpose and only for learning an experimenting we can continue using community version

상업적으로 사용한다는 기준이 무엇일까요?
예를 들어 커뮤니티 라이센스로 자신의 부서 업무를 자동화 한다면,
상업적인 사용이라고 봐야 할까요?

yes it comes under commercial use. but if you are just testing if it works or not or experimenting it would not fall under commercial
