The way of accessing mails in Gmail using POP3 protocol

Hi all,

If anyone trying to access Gmails via POP protocol use following steps

1. go to your Gmail account and enable pop protocol and set everything as follows
   
   
2. Enable less secure app access on your google account
   
   
3. Use Get POP3 mail Messages activity and place following properties
   1. Port: 995 (SSL)
   2. Server:- “pop.gmail.com” if you have different domains use that one (pop.yourdomain.com)
   3. Email “your Gmail address”
   4. Password: “Your Gmail password”

Note:- if you did not enable less secure app option you will receive a mail as follows
