Test Manager: Test case Management will be Easier , if there is functionality for Adding Priority and Severity for the Test cases

Priority and Severity can be CUSTOM Fields , but when i add those custom columns into my View , it gets refreshed again and i do not see those column’s again.

Please add a feature to see the Test cases based on Priority and Severity.
