Task Automation Bot to Create Excel Template

Use Case Description

Bot checks the folder structure and adobe reader application to grab details from list of file ( pdf or other source data) . From each PDF File bot extract the header information and create excel file from template. Use Data Scraping technique to get the tabular data and store it excel .

This task activity is perfomed for all the pages and multiple PDF and and after the excel is created , bot move the pdf to processed folder .

Tips: On various PDF Format , logic can also be implemented to create a pattern for extraction of data.

Excel Template can also be utilised for reporting and can be sent to groups via mail.
