Take value from one sheet and assign if matches to another(object reference not set error)

I want to assign the values that matches from sample1 sample1.xlsx (8.2 KB) to sample2 sample2.xlsx (9.0 KB) irrespective of the current value of sample2.

I tried the workflowMain.xaml (13.2 KB)
but it is showing error image

output image

I do not have any idea how to solve the issue.

Can anyone help please.
