Take Screenshot, paste in email body and send email (Outlook 365)

Hello There,

I want to create automation for the below process…

  1. Identify an email with a specific subject for example ‘TEST’
  2. open attachment of the TEST email which is .PNG format
  3. Take screenshot of the PNG attachment
  4. Paste the screenshot on a new email body
  5. Send email to fixed recipients with a text

Need assistance with the above.

  1. Is this for Gmail or outlook?

It is Outlook. (office 365)

I tried get outlook email and take screenshots but my stuck at paste screenshot in new email step!!!

Here’s what I did and it worked.

  1. Make sure you select “Clipboard” option in Screenshot activity
  2. Select “From clipboard when run” option in HTML Editor (Body)
