Please note that the root cause of the issue should be the corrupted reference of dependencies and it might be solved by deleting the project.json file for that project, but first back it up (the necessary package will be downloaded and installed after deleting ). If the same issue occurs again, please use the workaround “delete all the files from %userprofile%.nuget folder and redownload the packages again” to solve the same.
