Subscription Expired - first installation

Hi guys,

I’ve requested the trial version of UiPath, installed it , but when I’m trying to activate the trial license using the code from the e-mail I get the error “Subscription Expired”.

I can’t use Automatic Activation because of the firewall settings, so I’m using the manual way.
This is the first time I’m trying to activate UiPath on this device.

Can you suggest anything to solve this problem ? Thanks.
