Studio error message: “..More licenses allocated than you have..”

When I try to open Studio I got message: “Connection failed: There is no available licenses on the server”. Please see snapshot. The mesage in UiPath Admin “You have more licenses allocated to your services than you have available to your organization…” Please see snapshot. I am single user using Community Edition.
