Mostly you might not get an on prem studio for mac..studio web is being developed for the same to use on cross platform..so studio web would be the way moving forward

There is no official UiPath Studio .msi (or native installer) for macOS yet — and there’s no confirmed release date from UiPath. You still can only use Studio Web on Mac browsers or run the full Windows Studio via a VM/Parallels/etc. right now.
