I need to add one string with two integer
Ex:- Ram + (current year - Date of birth)
Result :- Ram 26

“Ram” + (current year - Date of birth).tostring

Try like this.

      "Ram" + (Now.Year - Dateofbirth.Year).Tostring

Where as Dateofbirth variable is of type DateTime.
