Curl brackets have a special meaning with String.Format(). To get literal curl brackets you need to escape them as {{ and }}. E.g: xmlns:m={"http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/2004/12/omml"} should be xmlns:m={{"http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/2004/12/omml"}}
