UiPath Storage Buckets do not have a native trigger to start a job when files are added or updated, forcing teams to build custom polling or scheduling workflows just to detect changes, adding additional steps to be built, latency, and maintenance overhead. Currently the work around is to use a queue based triggers however this is an additional step.
Introducing a native Storage Bucket Trigger that automatically kicks off a job based on configurable bucket events (create/update/delete), passing file metadata as inputs and enabling true event-driven automation.
I’ve seen multiple scenarios where this could have been an easy solution.
