Status code 500

Hii,
We are design job for extract data from pdf and save into excel file and then call Rest API Parameterized post method and we have to pass parameter in body field .And Key is fixed but Value is add at run time
getting staus code 500
kindly help me to resolve issue .

you might be missing some parameter while api call.

The HTTP status code 500 is a generic error response. It means that the server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request .

It is an internal server error!
Verify the page UI whether working or not.
May be backend server issues possible
