In one of my excel spreadsheet, I have cells that each contains lots of writing and data. How can I split each of that cell into multiple lines & columns into another spreadsheet?

First Read the cell to get string and then use generate Datatable activity. This can convert the String to Datatable. After converting you can use For Each Row to enter those values one by one in to the application.
