Something wrong in Body Format of outlook mail

I have problem while creating text in body outlook mail as below picture.

Has any mistake in that ??

Replace Text
From
&Row(“AR Amount”).Tostring
To
+Row(“AR Amount”).Tostring+

Exception seems to be related to New Line. See the screenshot below.
