SMTP Error - Send email

Getting an error while trying to send an mail using smtp server. The port is also enabled.

I have pasted the error below.

Message: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions 10.XX.XX.XXX:587

Exception Type: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException

This is something with network related issue

Make sure that Firewall is not blocking, further more you contact your network admin
