Set a Template in outlook email

Hi ,

i have a fixed template which i have to set up in outlook and just want to replace the username (xxx) like Dear XXX and want to send it different users.

Please suggest.

Hi @avinash14, you might want to put a placeholder in your text. eg. Hi {username}

And use Replace Text to replace the {username} with the username you are sending to.

@avinash14, refer email automation assignment from Level-1 training… You will find ready program for this but you just need to update template and program as per your requirements… :slight_smile:
