Send Hotkey records the keyboard action?

rather than typing/selecting the combination of hotkey, can the activity be changed to
Send Hotkey–> perform the action on keyboard → the action is recorded as part of send hotkey

He wants a button to record the shortcut instead of choosing the key and modifiers manually. It would be nice to have but the improvement is so minor I’m not sure it’s worth it.
