SelfSolved:GlobalVariablesのdllがありません

こんにちは
UiPath Studio 2025.0.161 Community editionのユーザです。

1年以上前に作成したプロジェクトをデバッグ実行すると下記のエラーが出るようになりました。
回避策を共有ください。１からワークフローを作成し直すと消えそうですが、それは手間なので回避したいです。

\.local\.globalvariablesGlobalVariablesT1PNoYwrqg.dll
をコピーしたら、とりあえず動きました。
何か問題があれば共有ください。
