hello guys i wnna select the highlighted item how can i do pls help.

Try with Select item. If its not working.
Try Workaround,

  1. First extract all the values by using Get Full text.
  2. Then Split the Values by using New Line
  3. Get the index of Respective value
  4. Then by using Down key Select the Respective value ( Frame logic by using Index)
