Saving more than one excel attachments - outlook emails - Studio

Hello Forum,
I would really appreciated if you could help me with that:
I need to save excel attachments from outlook emails. But

  1. what if an email has more than one attachment, How can i make my workflow to recognise that the email has an attachment o more that one attachment and the save both of them .Is there any specific activity i should use ?
    2.- What if the email has one excel attachments and one word attachments. ?

Hi @Ricchch ,

You can use the save attachments activity, specify the mail message variable and the folder you want to save the attachments to.

Considering that i set the activity to save in a folder just the excel attachment inside an email,
do save attachment activity would save attachments (excel) no matter if the email target has one or more attachments? . it is something i was worried about… because some of my email in outlook have more than one excel file attachment inside. so that i dont want to lose the second attachments,

Yes @Ricchch , regardless of the numbers of attachment, it saves all the attachments present in the email to the specified folder.
