May I know what you mean by getting stuck after 4 sec? Can you explain a little bit more on what exactly you are facing so it would be easier to find a solution

Have you tried using a different browser?
or try refreshing the page again and see whether it works
I have tried all means. Refreshing the page, changing the browser. But, nothing helped.
