  • Management Activities

  • Developer
    • Highlight Risk and Issues throughout the project life cycle to respective Project Manager.
    • Work closely with design team to identify project requirements and understand documents like SDD, TDD.
    • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks as per the Project Plan.
    • Design, code, test, and document.
    • Coordinate with Testing / Quality Engineering teams to ensure proper testing is performed.
    • Understand the business needs of the client and convert them into automated process, supporting both to the functional and the technical part of the requirements.
    • Designing automated process solutions in accordance with the standard RPA design principles and conventions
    • Configuring new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand
    • Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
    • Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process
  • Lead
    • Lead all development aspects of SDLC.
    • Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
    • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT & UAT phases.
    • Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
    • Opportunity to manage, mentor, and coach other consultants, and perform quality control reviews of staff work before delivery to client.
    • Work closely with client RPA CoE teams and our PMO to ensure all automations have measurable benefits and are aligned with strategic business objectives, so that work packages are signed off.

Support

  • Ensure system availability to critical UiPath application and Environment through Incident and Problem investigation, root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Monitors and oversees the performance of the RPA service, reporting the results as required and agreed.
  • Provides troubleshooting of the responsible service.
  • Coordinate activities and communicate with impacted stakeholders as per incident management process.
  • Deploy services and enhancements to supported services in accordance with agreed procedures.
  • Analyses Business Requirements for the service they are responsible for.
  • Develops knowledge of technical specialism(s).
  • Maintain technical documentation and the knowledge of supported applications.
  • Provides advice, both reactively and pro-actively, to those engaged in activities where their technical specialism(s) are applicable.
  • Carries out specific assignments related to their technical specialism(s), either alone or as part of a team.
  • Provides, or assists with, quality assurance of activities involving their technical specialism(s).
  • Develops and maintains quality standards and policies relating to their technical specialism(s).
