RfcComunicationException In Invoke SAP BAPI

Invoke SAP BAPI Activity is throwing RfcCommunicationException when searching for a BAPI.

Error Message:




Root Cause: The issue could be due to a version difference in SAP NCo, SAP Connector for Microsoft .NET based on the following reason,

• The error message stems from a method ("findAlternate") in the connector SAP.Middleware.Connector.RfcRepository

Some other similar issues pointing to the same root cause

• Qlik SAP SQL connection failed with an error: 'The only destination <some-GUID> available failed when retrieving metadata from <SAP-system-ID>'

• Transfer error after upgrading to SAP HANA 2021

Resolution:

1. Update the .NET connector version to the latest
2. Verify by installing it with the option "Register WMI provider and install assemblies to GAC" .
