Remove unused variables not working as intended on C# projects

The option to removed unused variables is showing variables that are being used.
I got this issue currently only on c# projects on 22.4.

Can you please share the workflow you are using? I could not replicate it on my machine and I suspect you have some outer activities that prevent the removal logic to work properly.
