I am Titiksha Amol Desai, recently gave Automation Developer Associate exam on 21st September, 2025 passed the exam with 78% grade
.
In UiPath Certification Manager, Status tab I can see status of my exam as shown in image, but I haven’t received my badge yet.
Could you kindly help me with what steps I can take to get my badge. I have contacted UiPath support team as well, could anyone guide me with what more steps I can take further.

You would be receiving an email from this email id - credentials@uipath.com in couple of weeks from the exam attempt.
Also you can check your certification badge at
If still don’t find it you can drop an email to ucp.operations@uipath.com
Sometimes we receive the badges quickly but sometimes it takes longer then 2-4 weeks.
