Queue Item Recording Issue

Hi everyone, I have recently installed the TightVNP to records the executions for a better maintenance. I have configured everything as the documentation said (Orchestrator: transmisión en vivo y control remoto) but I am not able to open the video of a failed Item:

I have configured the process which work with that queue correctly:

On the other hand, I have another process, also with de Job recording option enabled, but in the “Record all jobs” and the video can be opened with no problem:

Can anyone help me?

Most likely you are not using the latest robot or system activities package. Queue item recording requires the 2023.10+ activities & robot. Please see the second note from here: Orchestrator - Recording
