Problem with "Get Transaction Data"

I suddenly get the following error on a working project.
Any idea how to resolve it?

Hi @parnalmahavir.patni

New Transition is created in the Get Transaction Data state, you might be unfortunately created it, delete it then this error will disappear.

Hey @parnalmahavir.patni go back to main reframework structure and remove that terminal which you created by mistakely and everything run good.

Looks like one transition got added by mistake.

Delete this way.
