Before assign check if it is null or empty

I guess one of the variable is empty here - Flight_No or Location or Piece_Val. Because of that you are getting that error. Can you check the whether value is empty or not before Assign activity.

But I am getting values from column,first two column dont contain values but other column contain values I want to use this variable to remove values from Description variable

Check whether variable holds any value or not. If it is not empty then replace it with empty else not.
