Persistent issue with Creating user session time out

Hi,

We are getting a recurring issue with processes not starting due to the subject error. It happens across both our machines and all of our users.

I have already performed the following steps:

  1. Updated the system variable UiPath_SESSION_TIMEOUT to 1000 seconds
  2. Restarted the machines, thereby kicking out all users and restarting the robot services
  3. Set all time triggers so they do not trigger at the same time

The issue happens several times a day, and faults a minute after the start time in orchestrator. Given the timeout should be over 16 minutes there is clearly an issue here.

What else should I try?

This issue may occur if the robot service loses connection with the Orchestrator or if there are high resource utilizations during job startup. Please verify robot-machine connectivity, ensure Orchestrator and Robot versions are compatible, and review event logs for timeout-related errors. If the issue persists, capture diagnostic logs and share them with UiPath Support for detailed analysis.
