Hi,
We are getting a recurring issue with processes not starting due to the subject error. It happens across both our machines and all of our users.
I have already performed the following steps:
- Updated the system variable UiPath_SESSION_TIMEOUT to 1000 seconds
- Restarted the machines, thereby kicking out all users and restarting the robot services
- Set all time triggers so they do not trigger at the same time
The issue happens several times a day, and faults a minute after the start time in orchestrator. Given the timeout should be over 16 minutes there is clearly an issue here.
What else should I try?
