PDF data entry

Hi,
When the PDF fields are not identifiable, what is the best way of entering text other than using hot keys to tab through? The PDF I am trying to fill in, gets recognized as one big box.

If its a pdf form then better to use itext7 library and you can fill the form without openingb the pdf…this is a more viable solution

What is the difference between PDF form where fields can be identified and the one which identifies only big box?

If pdf has fields in it which you can type and fill manually then it is a pdf form…

Normal pdf is where you cannot edit or type anything on pdf
