Orchestrator - Process/package published is not getting updates/visible in Orchestrator

Dear Patrons,
We are facing issue even after updating package multiple times in UIpath studio. This is something we are facing it for the first time.

UIPath Studio:
The details are getting updated and its showing green after publishing with a prompt saying publish is all well and all the folders are updated too.

Orchestrator:
The published packages arent getting updated in the orchestrator.
Trying to add it as a new process - even then its not showing in the list of available process.

Environment:
Orchestrator : Tried in both Chrome and Edge
Windows VM

Did any of you faced similar issue? What are the potential fixes for an issue of this sort?
