Openeing pdf files

i’m trying to open pdf file and check for specific image if exist but it does not work:

Are able to open the PDF and couldn’t able to identify the image or your unable to open PDF itself .
Could you please attach workflow .

thank you, it qhows the correct “item” but it stops at start process i did not know why
