.HEIC is the default image format for Apple/iPhones, but can’t be read by UiPath.
The format is not supported by UiPath.OCR.Activities like “UiPath Document OCR”.
It’s not supported by UiPath.IntelligentOCR.StudioActivities like “Classify Document”.
This is a major fault. When we are reading travel receipts/Vouchers with OCR and Document Understanding, all HEIC-files needs to go to manual handling. Iphones are pretty common, so I don’t see why it’s not supported?
