Not able to install

Current behavior: Not able to install Studio getting below error message

Please delete all dependency files from C:/ drive and try to install again.

i uninstalled and installed it again still getting the same result…which file you are saying can you please explain

Hi Ashwin - You might find the files where the uipath was installed or trying searching them in C:\ProgramData folder

@pruthvisiddhartha I think previously UiPath as been installed in the machine so you are getting this error so you can refer below threads

Yes @indra - You are right, it might be that it was not uninstalled properly, so i thought the files might be still there in ProgramData, since you have mentioned about dependencies.

The Worst case resolution is, you need to change Machine OS or need to Format C:/ Drive.
