Not able to create a custom activity

I am using visual studio for creating custom activity but when i created a project it shows me an error

it shows me error in UiPath.workflow.runtime ,if i uninstall this , i am not able to reinstall this,
and when i add an activity it shows, project does not have an desinger.xml file.
How can i resolve this ? i am new at creating custom activities using visual studio.

looks like there are two different versions installed

if you are asking about UiPath.runtime.worlflow , both the versions are same

Custom Activity not working with Windows Compatibility Mode

My Custom activities are working with Windows-legacy but not with Windows- compatibility. I have referenced to this post Windows Compatibility Mode still not showing Custom Activities - Help / Studio - UiPath Community Forum as well as Migrating Activities to .NET 6 (uipath.com) but still facing issue. My Code has all required dependencies/assemblies installed yet i get error that System.Activities is not proper at run time. Need some guidance to create activities for Windows Compatibility.
