New Automation Cloud Enterprise feature: Trial per service!

It’s always been easy to get a 60 day trial of Automation Cloud Enterprise before you buy, but with the number of services growing quickly, there’s a lot to try! So we often hear from existing customers that they’d like to be able to try out services they are considering adding easily, without having to create additional trial organizations to do it. Today, we’re pleased to roll out a new feature for our existing Automation Cloud Enterprise customers that lets you do exactly that: trial per service.

As the name implies, we want to make it easy for you to try additional services as the need for them arises, using your existing Automation Cloud organization. That means you will be able to see exactly how they’ll work in the exact context of your specific environment.

The first service we are onboarding is Automation Hub, which lets you discover and manage your automation opportunities pipeline across your whole organization, making it easier to “automate the automatable” . You can find out more about it and how it helps manage your automation pipeline here.

Interested? If you’re an Automation Cloud customer but not using Automation Hub, and want to try it, an administrator can now start a free 60 day trial.

Just go to the licenses section of Admin in Automation Cloud, and you’ll see a new tab for Trial Services, showing the trials available:

In the Automation Hub free trial, click Start Trial and you’ll get the ability to use Automation Hub for 60 days in a tenant, using your existing users and groups to manage who gets access to it. Easy!

By default, each service is limited to one 60 day trial per year, but things happen - so you can contact UiPath Support if you need that limit reset for a second trial in the same year. Also, please note you’ll only see trials for services you don’t already subscribe to (so if you are an Automation Hub customer today, you won’t see the trial tab until we add more trial services - but thank you!).

Other services will be added in the coming weeks and months, but Automation Hub is available right now. We hope you’ll plan to learn more about it and give it a try soon. Thanks again for being a UiPath Automation Cloud customer!

This is amazing, sure to try this out. :slightly_smiling_face:

I want to add a clarification in case you don’t see the Trial services tab in your organization:

Please note you’ll only see trials for services you don’t already subscribe to (so if you are an Automation Hub customer today, you won’t see the trial tab until we add more trial services).

(i will edit the initial post as well)

Thanks!

Is there a plan of when each service might be released for trial?

I am trying to get in contact with sales. None of the forms are working online. Need a 25 user Trial for POC. Can anyone get me in contact with who can help with this?
