Need regex to replace

I wanted to replace a word which contains the “VA”. but if it only VA it has to leave it.

Please find the below text. Please help me with regex.

Just to confirm.

1.You want a regex that can find all the words that contains the letters “VA”.
2. If the letters V or A or the word VA is present anywhere. It has to be left as is.
