MS Access Automation for CDP program

Hi Community,
Please advise if MS Access automation is recommended for Citizen Development use cases as this can be achieved only using DB activities which increases the complexity for Business users.
As i understand UI Automation is not feasible for these activities.
Any advises or guidance on this is well appreciated.

IN a current use case, we need to execute a Macro in MS Access which generates multiple data tables. The data in these data tables have to be extracted into an excel file.
