Monthly Forum rewards - March 2022
Welcome to our March 2022 edition of the Monthly Forum rewards.
We are extremely grateful to have all of you dedicate your time and share your expert knowledge. You are the inspiration to other users, and you are actively helping us build our Community.
In March 2022, you all stayed on top of our community needs and helped us satisfy its hunger for knowledge. The first place goes to @Gokul001, whose dedication secured them the top spot for the second month in a row. The second place goes to @ashwin.ashok who secured the placement on our leaderboard for the first time! The third place goes to @ppr, whose consistency is unquestionable at this point.
We also had two users who provided more than 100 solutions 
in the last month: @ashwin.ashok and @yoshi!
The recently introduced higher multipliers for the topics and posts in our Feedback categories seem to continue to positively influence your positions on the leaderboard (this includes both feedback and bug reports). Keep this up!

Distributing rewards
As always, the starting point is that only the top 10 users are certain of a reward and only the entire top 25 receives the badge
Please remember that all users are able to pass the reward to next user in line or to opt for one of 6 certification discount vouchers (3 x Associate UiRPA and 3 x Advanced UiARD).
We will send each user from the top 25 a private message with a form to fill in to be able to collect all replies in a timely fashion and lock in the final distribution of the rewards. Winners will have until 2022-04-17T00:00:00Z to fill in the form.
After the initial rewards are distributed, we will continue contacting users from outside of top 25 in case there are still some certification discount vouchers to give away for this month. Those users will no longer receive the Forum badge, but can still earn the discount according to their position on our internal scoreboard. We will occasionally update the scoreboard to include those late entries

PS. The rewards table also contains the column with a country. It has been pre-filled based on each user’s profile when available. If your country flag is missing or wrong, feel free to let us know and we will update it
