Modern Folders with Pre 19.10.1 UiPath.System.Activities Workflows

I’m reading through the documentation on Modern Folders (Migrating from Classic Folders to Modern Folders).

“To take advantage of the features provided by modern folders you must recompile existing workflows using new system activities ( UiPath.System.Activities v19.10.1 or higher) and re-provision all other existing entities into a modern folder structure.”

Does the above statement mean that processes using anything prior to v19.10.1 won’t run at all or that the processes will run just not support the new features?

We have v19.10 Robots and Orchestrator so I’m not worried about the note in the article:
“Upgrading your existing entities to the modern model removes all backwards compatibility. The recompiled workflows are only executable by v2019.10+ Robots.”
