I would like to know that can be able to connect mobile device using emulator without connecting using USB?

Connecting of USB is not required , please have a look on the video if you have time , that contains the step by step process to connect.

you can use this to mirror your phone on PC. It requires usb connection but it will be a lot more faster and stable
