“Microsoft OCR” activity is unavailable in C# version, but it is available in VB? Could we get this activity in C# too?

Probably, it’s not language matter. MicrosoftOCR activity seems to support only Windows-legacy project.
So, if you need to use MicrosoftOCR, can you try to create your project as Windows-legacy?
Or also consider to use other OCR such as TesseractOCR etc.
