Manual zooming image on web page script required

hi all,

i am working on wishes site Birthday Cake With Name Generator For Boy & Girl in which i want to get input photo from user and want to adjust that photo in frame by zooming. Therefore a script is required.If anyone could help me to perform that functionality.??
