Log file Location change

Hi, I dont have Orchestrator, How to change Log file location… And I want to mention the Log file location in config file… please help me on this.

Hi

The default log file path for Studio is %localappdata%\UiPath\Logs<shortdate>_Studio. log .

Logs folder is the one u r looking for

Other way of reaching that folder is from studio
Open studio and open any project
In debug tab you can find an option called OPEN LOGS
It will take u to the logs folder

Logs folder I am getting… I want to change the location of that log file …
it will be in C:\Users\Megha Shirahatti\AppData\Local\UiPath\Logs.

But I want to change the location of this log file…

Hi,

Can you try to modify value of WorkflowLoggingDirectory in your NLog.config
It exists in C:\Program Files\UiPath\Studio or C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Programs\UiPath\Studio

And probably it’s necessary to restart service (or reboot your PC)

Please note that it’s necessary admin right to modify this file if its under c:\Program Files
