I am facing some issue after migration from OC single-node to multi-node as follows:
Open recording is not working on OC multi-node but working fine on OC single-node.
install new packages on UA always fails existing is working fine.
I suspect because of Load Balancer F5 rule where it has security to block communication and able to open if we provide the support id. the problem is where we can find it.
my Customer has very strict security where every request will be blocked automatically by F5. I am new about F5, every blocked request will have a response that you can see only from inspect element. however, some feature was blocked that I mentioned, where we cannot find the support id.
