Is UiPath compatible with Windows 11?

Im planning to upgrade to window 11. Does that affect my daily robot running or scripts? Is there any concern or steps to make before upgrading to Window 11? And if bad things happen, does going back to Window 10 helps?

@mlellison,

It’s compatible with Windows 11. Just remember to fulfil the prerequisite - Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022, x64 version (required for GIT source control) - installed on the machine.

You can try to fix issue occered if any. Last option would be rolling back to Windows 10

Upgrading to Windows 11 could impact the performance of UiPath robots and scripts, particularly if your version of UiPath or related applications aren’t fully compatible with the new OS. The main challenges may stem from changes in the user interface, alterations to UI elements, or dependencies on system settings. For instance, if your automation relies on selectors, you might need to adjust them due to the way Windows 11 displays elements.
Before you upgrade, it’s wise to back up your projects, verify UiPath Studio’s compatibility with Windows 11, and, if possible, test your automations on a Windows 11 machine. If you encounter any issues after the upgrade, you can revert to Windows 10 within 10 days (if your system allows it).
