Is there any way that i could install Studio into linux(Ubuntu) with the help of wine or may be there is other way around?

One more thing i wanted to know that, can i build workflow by only using https://cloud.uipath.com platform?

There are some ways to install the robot on Linux, and even with some UIAutomation capabilities, but not directly. See here:

As of now, no. You can browse your processes from Orchestrator UI though.
