Hi,
I can access Outlook, service now and rest api etc. calls from Studio without the integration service. Why is Integration Service needed?

Hi,

Integration services are not always required. For example, using this service has the advantage that reduce configurations for individual services. (it means we can use each service easier.) On the other hand, if the UiPath service goes down, we will not be able to access each service.
